Most in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days. Large furniture pieces are delivered via our White Glove delivery service, which typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location and scheduling availability.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Habitat Home and Garden ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We are looking into international shipping options for the future.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please note that custom-made upholstery and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability. The majority of our wooden furniture is crafted from reclaimed timber or FSC-certified sustainably harvested wood to ensure minimal environmental impact.
Do you provide assembly services for large items?
Yes, our White Glove Delivery service includes room-of-choice placement, full assembly of your furniture, and the removal of all packaging materials and debris.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. We recommend ordering swatches to ensure the color and texture match your space. You can request up to five complimentary swatches through our 'Swatch Request' page.
